How to Spa at Epoché®
The inviting facility and amenities are available to Spa guests who purchase a treatment or package and are included in the treatment price. The use of the facility is available for a fee of $15 for hotel guests per person and per visit.
Spa Epoché is an environment that provides a caring and respectful sanctuary for guests to relax and escape the outside world. Please be respectful to ensure that all guests receive the privacy and quiet they desire by following these principles of Spa etiquette:
- Cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the Spa
- Spa Epoché is not suitable for young children and infants
- Guests must be 17 years old to receive Spa treatments
- Spa guests 17-20 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Gratuity is not included in the cost of treatments and services and is appreciated for outstanding service. 18-20% is customary. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to parties of five and more. Gratuity is included in all Spa Package pricing.
Spa Epoché would like to know about any health issues. Please advice the staff if you are pregnant, recovering from a recent surgery or have any other existing medical conditions.
Parking is complimentary to Spa guests (excludes major event days).
Book Your Appointment at Spa Epoché
Spa Epoché recommends that you plan your spa day at least three (3) weeks in advance to ensure the exact times and treatments you desire are available. Standing appointments are accepted and encouraged. Spa Epoché requires a credit card, gift card or room confirmation to guarantee appointments.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled Spa or Salon service to guarantee that you enjoy the full treatment time scheduled. Your appointment will end on time regardless of when you begin, to ensure the next appointment begins on time, so please be prompt.
