Spa Epoché recommends that you plan your spa day at least three (3) weeks in advance to ensure the exact times and treatments you desire are available. Standing appointments are accepted and encouraged. Spa Epoché requires a credit card, gift card or room confirmation to guarantee appointments.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled Spa or Salon service to guarantee that you enjoy the full treatment time scheduled. Your appointment will end on time regardless of when you begin, to ensure the next appointment begins on time, so please be prompt.
Cancellation Policy:
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full
- 48-hours cancellation notice is required for parties of five or more
- No-show guests will be charged in full
